Chef Sam Collins: Classic New England
Chef Sam Collins is a historian and an artist who has been cooking on woodstoves for nearly 20 years and has a passion for the sea. Sam’s love of cooking was inspired by his Maine grandmother and has expanded to include a fascination with how where we come from effects how we eat both now, and in the past. As a historian, Sam studied all aspects of life in small coastal fishing communities in the Gulf of Maine. Sam looks forward to sharing a Classic New England dining experience with you!
